Join us for an adaptive yoga practice that focuses on deepening your flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness. Created by Lakshmi Voelker-Binder in 1982, chair yoga has helped people with an array of health issues and mobility levels by learning many kinds of yoga postures with the aid of a chair.
This class is a slow-paced Vinyasa style yoga focusing on breathing and proper alignment. Students will work to improve flexibility, balance, and core strength.
