Through the program, employees are eligible to receive bonuses at the following levels based upon their salaries:
• Up to $15 per hour or $30,000 per year – $500;
• $15.01 to $20 per hour or $40,000 per year – $750; and
• $20.01 to $25 per hour or $50,000 per year – $1,000

To participate, small businesses or non-profits must be located and generating revenue in Fort Bend County; must have been active (incurring revenue and expenses) as of Dec. 31, 2020; must have revenues of between $25,000 and $5,000,000; and must have at least one (1) employee, but not more than 50 employees.
